Crisped rice nests

Really fun crisped rice dessert to make with your kids.
Crisped rice nest
100ml honey
5 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
120g crisped rice cereal
Mini vanilla cupcakes
55g butter
75g caster sugar
1 egg
100g plain flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
50ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
10 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
2 tsp sprinkles
Grease a 12-hole muffin tray.
Melt the honey and chocolate hazelnut spread together in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
Stir to make sure they are combined.
Add the melted chocolate to the crisped rice cereal and stir, coating the cereal well.
Press the mix into the muffin tray.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Mini vanilla cupcakes
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4
Cream butter and caster sugar together.
Add one egg and beat well.
Sift in plain flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.
Add milk and fold together.
Divide the batter evenly between the mini muffin tray.
Transfer muffins to oven to bake for about 12 minutes.
Leave to cool on a wire rack.
Place the mini cupcakes inside the crisped rice nests and gently press to flatten.
Remove the whole nest from the tray.
Melt the chocolate hazelnut spread in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
Smear 1 tbsp of the melted chocolate on top of each nest.
Scatter with sprinkles, leave to set for 15 minutes, then serve.
