Crystallised flowers
These pretty crystallised flowers make beautiful decorations for cupcakes and cakes.
1 tsp gum arabic (available in cake shops)
25ml white rum
25g caster sugar
Petals:
voilas
violets
roses
Mix the gum arabic and rum together until well combined. Paint onto petal and dip in caster sugar. Place on greaseproof paper and allow to dry. Use to decorate cakes or cupcakes.
