Diggers Crispy Chicken Spice Bag
This homemade spice bag recipe is made with Diggers The Original Crispy Shredded Chicken and lots of veggies

1 x 320g bag of Diggers The Original Crispy Shredded Chicken

For the spice mix

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

3 tbsp Chinese five spice

For the veggies and wedges

400g baby potatoes, cut into wedges

2 red peppers, chopped

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2 red onions, chopped

3 tbsp sunflower oil

2 tbsp honey

1. For the spice mix, pour toasted sesame seeds and Chinese five spice into a bowl and mix together

2. Line a baking tray with greasproof paper and add the potato wedges, and chopped veggies

3. Cover with sunflower oil and honey and mix well

4. Sprinkle with most of the spice mix, putting some aside for serving

5. Preheat oven to 180oC and cook wedges and veggies for 25 - 35 minutes

6. Empty bag of Diggers The Original Crispy Shredded Chicken onto a baking tray and place in preheated oven at 180oC, cook for 10 - 12 minutes as per instructions on packaging

7. Once cooked, add the chicken to the tray with the veggies, coat in remaining spices and mix well

8. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
