Diggers Salt and Chilli Chicken Chunks
Delicious Diggers Salt and Chilli Chicken Chunks served with chips, slaw and corn salad.
1 x 320g bag of Diggers Salt and Chilli Chicken Chunks
For the slaw
50g Mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1/4 head shredded cabbage
4 spring onions
1 carrot
Side of sweetcorn
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 350g tin sweetcorn
25g butter
Small handful coriander
Serve with
Chips or wedges
1. Arrange the Diggers Salt and Chilli Chicken Chunks on a baking tray. Preheat Fan oven to 180oC and cook for 14 - 16 minutes as per instructions on packaging.
2. Cook oven chips as per instructions on packaging.
3. For the slaw, mid the Mayonnaise, lime juice and honey in a bowl. Add the shredded cabbage, chopped spring onions and shredded carrots to the bowl and mix well.
4. For the sweetcorn, pour sunflower oil into pan and empty in tin of sweetcorn. Once sweetcorn starts to brown, melt in the butter and add coriander to pan.
5. Serve Diggers Salt and Chilli Chicken Chunks on a plate with chips, slaw and sweetcorn.
