Easy tomato tart

This tomato tart is really delicious and the good news is it couldn't be easier!
4 tbsp soft cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
8 ripe tomatoes, cut into slices
375g puff pastry
Flour, for rolling out
Wedge of parmesan
Preheat the oven on to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.
Combine the soft cheese with the mustard, loosely mixing in a bowl.
Roll out the pastry into a rectangle on a surface that has been dusted with flour. It's not important if the edges are uneven.
Lift the pastry onto a baking sheet and trim off any excess pastry. Arrange the tomato slices on top.
Grate the parmesan all over and then arrange the tomato slices on top.
Transfer to the oven to bake for 30 minutes until the pastry is golden in colour and the cheese is turning brown.
