Easy peasy homemade hummus

400g tin chickpeas
3 tbsps tahini
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed and smooth
Juice of half a lemon
Ground black pepper
Pinch cumin & cayenne pepper
Blend the chickpeas in a food processor until smooth, mix in the tahini, flaxseed oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin and cayenne pepper.
Adjust seasoning by adding freshly ground black pepper.
Add a little water if needed. Serve at room temperature
