Egg free pancakes

Egg free pancakes

240g plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon bread soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
240 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of cinnamon or vanilla
1 tablespoon of vinegar

Mix all the dry ingredients together iin a bowl, make a well in the centre and add the oil, and milk. Mix well. Add vinegar just before you are ready to cook and combine well. 

Serve hot with syrup and some fresh berries.
