12 Birds Eye Fish Fingers
400g (1 can) baked beans
50g grated cheese
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/gas mark 6
Wash, peel and dice the potatoes and boil until soft.
Using a masher, mash the potatoes until smooth, adding a little milk and butter if desired
While the potatoes are cooking, cook the fish fingers as per pack instructions
When fish fingers are ready, lay them in a medium sized oven dish and cover with the baked beans
Spoon the mash on top of the beans and smooth over evenly with a fork
Sprinkle grated cheese over the potato
Place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is golden.
