Ham & mushroom tagliatelle with Avonmore cooking cream

200g Fresh Tagliatelle Pasta
50g cooked ham cut into ½” strips or cubes
250ml Avonmore Cooking cream
4-6 sliced button mushrooms
80g garden peas, completely thawed
1tsp chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Cook the tagliatelle in a pan of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile fry the mushrooms in the olive oil until cooked.
Pour the cream over the mushrooms and bring to the boil.
Drain the pasta and toss with the cream, finally fold in the ham, peas and chives until nicely combined.
Season to taste with salt & pepper, then serve into warmed bowls and enjoy!
