Insalata di arance
Orange salad with a twist! A real speciality from Sicily full of Mediterranean flavours with an exotic touch. Chef Marco Roccasalvo recommends to serve with Ristorante Hawaii Pizza.

3 juicy oranges

1 green hot chilli pepper

1 red hot chilli pepper

1tbsp of onion finely chopped

½ clove of garlic finely chopped

20g of chopped parsley

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Black pepper

Peel the oranges and using a sharp knife remove the thin white skin on each wedge. Cut each wedge into slices, chop the chillies into rounds and mix together in a large bowl with the garlic, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper.  Lay on a plate, garnish with parsley and enjoy.
