Easy avocado wedges
The whole family will love these avocado wedges. Serve with dinner or use for dipping. 

2 large avocados

150g plain flour

3 large eggs

230g breadcrumbs

Sea salt to season

3 tbsp oil

Slice your avocados in half then cut into 12 wedge shapes. You should get six wedges out of each avocado. Remove the skin.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them together. Pour the flour into a separate bowl and the breadcrumbs into a third.

Dip the avocado wedges into the flour and then soak in the egg. Finally, roll in the breadcrumbs.

Pour your oil into a large pan and heat on a high temperature. Fry your wedges for about five minutes or until they are crispy.

Roll in a piece of kitchen roll to remove the excess oil before serving. Season with the salt.
