Lemon garlic salmon steaks

6 to 8 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
6 salmon steaks (6 ounces each)
150ml lemon juice
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute garlic with 1 tablespoon oil for 1 minute in a small pan.
Place salmon steaks in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix together the lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper and remaining oil and pour generously over salmon.
Top with garlic mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F/180°C/4 for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
