Lentils and grilled salmon

A healthy dish, loaded with proteins and energy offering ingredients to prepare for the whole family.
150g lentils of choice
600g salmon fillets
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
4 spring onions, sliced
2 tbsp chopped dill
40g watercress
Cook the lentils according to the instructions.
Put the grill on and and grill the salmon fillets for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Drain the lentils and toss together with the lemon zest and juice, olive oil, spring onions, dill and watercress.
Serve the salmon over the lentils.
