No bake crispy flapjacks

Delicious no bake flapjacks with peanut butter. Perfect treat for kids lunch boxes.
150g oatflakes
75g Rice Krispies
75g brown sugar
100ml golden syrup
125g peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Grease and line a 20x20x5cm square cake tin.
Add oatflakes and Rice Krispies to a large bowl.
Melt brown sugar, golden syrup, peanut butter and vanilla extract in a small saucepan.
Pour melted mix over dry ingredients and stir well.
Add the mix to prepared cake tin and press down firmly.
You can use an extra piece of baking parchment here to smooth out the top and prevent your hands from sticking.
Slice into small squares and serve.
