Princess plum smoothie
These smoothies are fun for children to make and are great on a hot day. They are also a tasty to get some fruit into your child's diet. 

1 plum chopped
30g raspberries.
1 scoop of Raspberry Ripple ice-cream
100mls of milk

Blend together the fruit, ice cream and milk until smooth. Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
