Radish chips

These chips are perfect if you fancy something sweet.
20 radishes, cleaned and ends trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chilli
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
Preheat your oven to 180°C or gas mark 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Wash your radishes and cut into slices about a 1/4 inch thick.
Place in the microwave for about 30 seconds on high to soften them. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, chilli, salt, pepper and curry together. Add your radishes and mix well to ensure they are fully coated.
Line your radish chips onto the baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping half way. Ensure they have shrunk and are crispy before removing them from the oven.
