Roast turkey and veggie wraps

Delicious, healthy turkey wraps which are perfect for lunch on the go.
2 tbsp mayonnaise
75ml salsa
4 25cm tortillas
250g turkey slices
150g lettuce
500g grated carrot
1 red pepper, sliced thinly
Pepper
Whisk together the mayonnaise and salsa in small bowl.
Lay out a tortilla and spread with salsa mixture.
Place 3 slices of turkey on top, add a couple of spoons of lettuce along the centre.
Add some thinly sliced red pepper and grated carrot. Season with pepper.
Fold up the ends of the tortilla and roll up tightly.
Secure with a toothpick.
