Roasted cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower
Everybody will want second helpings of these delicious roasted cauliflowers

1 large head cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper (optional)
Pinch salt
1 large red onion

Preheat oven to 200°C or gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Cut your cauliflower into florets.

In a large bowl combine your olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika and salt. Sir well.

Pour in your florets, making sure they are well coated with the seasoning.

Lay the florets onto the baking tray and sprinkle a little black pepper for added seasoning.

Roughly chop the onion and arrange around the cauliflower on the baking tray.

Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until they are soft and brown.

Make sure they are piping hot before serving with or without the onion
