Roasted red pepper houmous

400g can chickpeas, drained

Juice of ½ lemon

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 tbsps Flora pro.activ spread

1 tbsp red pesto

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth or the texture you prefer.

Serve with warmed pitta bread or crudités.
