Rustic hot dogs

Easy, fast tasty dogs to have around for friends to bring along to your picnic or family outing.
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp light brown muscovado sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
756g pork sausages
To serve
Hot dog rolls or soft rustic bread rolls
Dips, pickles, onions, salad leaves
Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas mark 5.
In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, sugar, soy sauce and mustard and pour into a roasting tin.
Add 4 pork sausages and toss in the mixture to fully coat.
Roast for 30 minutes, turning the sausages during the cooking time.
Warm up 4 rolls in the oven for 3 minutes. Slice or open in half and serve the sausages with any of the sides you prefer.
