Salmon mousse and cucumber bites

These look really fancy but only take a few minutes to put together.
220g or 1 small tin of salmon
200g soft cream cheese
3 tbsp double cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 cucumbers, sliced
2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
Spoon the salmon into a small bowl and add the cream cheese, double cream and salt and black pepper.
Process with a hand blender until smooth.
Put the salmon mousse into a piping bag and pipe out onto the cucumber slices. If you don’t have a piping bag simply dollop one tbsp of the mousse onto a cucumber slice.
Garnish with the dill.
