Simple kale crisps

Kids will love these healthy crisps. Perfect for snacking on the go.
200g curly kale leaves, washed and stalks removed
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp sea salt (optional)
½ tsp ground black pepper (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180°C or gas mark 4.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Chop kale finely.
In a medium bowl, toss the kale with the oil, salt and pepper.
Place the leaves onto the tray and place in the oven for 10 minutes or until they are crisp but still keeping their green colour.
Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
