Simple rye bread

Lovely rustic rye loaf, for a taste of freshly baked bread at home.
300g light rye flour
1.5g instant yeast
250g warm water
Place the flour into a bowl and make a well in the centre.
Put the yeast into the well and pour over half the water. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Pour over the rest of the water and salt and mix together with a wooden spoon. Give it a good stir to make sure all the ingredients are mixed. Add a little more water if necessary. Scrape out the bowl and scoop into prepared baking tin. Cover with a damp tea towel for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 and grease a loaf tin.
Dust the top of the loaf with flour and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
