Simple three step nutty bread
Simple three step recipe - great for involving the kids

250g wholemeal spelt flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp linseed/flaxseed
Seed mix
1/2 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp honey/rice malt syrup
200ml almond milk (or you could use regular/butter milk)

Preheat the over to 180°C.

Place all the dry ingredients in the bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir

Place mixture into a greased loaf tin and into the oven

Bake for 25 minutes and turn the heat down to 160°C for a futher 10-15 minutes

Test that your nutty brown bread is ready by inserting a skewer into the centre of the loaf, it will come out clean if done
