Slow cooked ragu and cheese ravioli with meatballs

A thick ragu over Italian styled meatballs make this ideal mid-week family supper.
Olive oil
500g tomato sauce
300g fresh mozzarella ravioli
500g beef mince, shaped into balls
100g mozzarella cheese, grated
50g Parmesan cheese, grated
Lightly coat a slow cooker or large pot with a little olive oil.
Add ½ the pasta sauce.
Brown the meatballs and add to the sauce.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
Top with remaining sauce then add the parmesan cheese.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours in the slow cooker or hob, stirring once an hour.
Add the ravioli in the last 15 minutes and serve after allowing it to sit for a few minutes.
