Smoked mackerel pâté

This works very well with natural yogurt if you are OK eating dairy.
225g packet smoked mackerel, broken into pieces
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
A handful of fresh dill
½ avocado
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Blend all the ingredients together in a mixer until combined.
You may need to add a little water or extra lemon juice to taste.
Serve chilled.
