Sweet Potato Wedges

Sweet potatoes are a delicious, healthy alternative to normal potatoes.
5 large sweet potatoes,
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/ gas mark 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Wash your potatoes and peel off the skin (optional). Cut the potatoes in half and then into wedges.
Place the potatoes into a bowl and toss with the oil, paprika and salt. Make sure the wedges are fully coated.
Lay them onto the baking tray and place in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool a little before serving.
