For the crab :
225g white crab meat
2 tbsp mayonnaise (readymade is fine)
Freshly ground black pepper
For the avocado and red onion salsa:
2 avocados, diced
1 red onion, peeled and finely diced
1 red chilli, chopped finely
1/2 tsp fresh coriander - chopped finely
A little virgin olive oil
For the garnish:
2 cherry tomatoes, halved
A little balsamic vinegar
Flat-leaf parsley and chives
