Tuna and cherry tomato bake

The cherry tomatoes add a lovely flavour to this delicious bake.
400g tuna
250g ricotta
5 large potatoes, cooked and cubed
360g cheddar cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp basil
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 170°C or gas mark 2.
In a bowl, combine the tuna, ricotta, half of the cheese, egg, potatoes, basil and season with pepper.
Spoon the mixture into a ovenproof dish and place the cherry tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
