Tuna steaks with chili and capers
Zesty, seasonal and a little hit of heat with full bodied tuna steaks.

1 red chili, deseeded and finely chopped

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

1 tbsp small capers

4 cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp fresh, chopped parsley

½ lemon, juiced

2 tbsp olive oil

4 x 125g tuna steaks

Steamed fine green beans, to serve

Crispy potatoes, to serve

Mix the chili, garlic, capers, tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice and oil in a bowl.

Put the tuna steaks in a shallow dish and coat well with the marinade.

Season with salt and pepper and chill for 1 hour.

Grill the fish for 2-3 minutes each side, depending on the thickness and serve with green beans and crispy potatoes, if you like.
