6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp basil, roughly chopped
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp capers
Handful black or green olives, roughly chopped
Bread:
1 sourdough bread or rustic loaf, cut in half lengthwise
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
