Vegans can experiece a delicious cup of hot chocolate.
600ml soy milk
4 tbsp white sugar
5 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch nutmeg (optional)
Pour the soy milk into a saucepan and gently heat on a medium temperature for about 5 minutes.
Add the sugar and cocoa powder and stir to ensure it is well combined.
Add the vanilla essence and nutmeg if using.
Serve with a plain biscuit for dunking.
