White chocolate sauce

White chocolate sauce
This rich and creamy sauce is a good alternative to traditional dark chocolate sauces.
 

80g butter

200g white chocolate

100ml single cream

Heat a pan full of water. Pour the butter and the white chocolate in a heat resistant bowl and place it over the hot water. Stir from time to time until the chocolate and butter melt.

When you obtain a smooth cream, remove the bowl from the steaming water and carefully incorporate the single cream. You can serve this white chocolate sauce warm or cold.
