Netflix is fab what more can we say... Our house has different ages from 4 to 14 and of course the adults. It is so suitable to all of us and I love the fact that we all have our own user name. We each can access it at the same time my daughter through her wii and I use it on my table whilst my youngest is well able to manage it at 4 years old through an apple tv, he has to have got the best value so far as there is such a selection for him to watch. On Sunday evenings it is family movie time with Netflix as we all sit down and share some family time, as an adult you forget how funny children's films are and it is nice to be reminded of this if you can't afford the cinema with all the trimmings this is the next best option. The box sets are great and I think anyone who did not subscribe to Nexflix when the new season of Orange is the new black came out was missing out big time. The customer service is very professional too, I had a monthly subscription and was given a gift card and I could go into my Netflix account and immediately web chat with customer services and they did the whole transaction hassle free for me to change from monthly subscription to use my gift card, they also mailed me the whole web chat to my email. If other companies could use this facility it would make life a lot easier for the customer. Anyway back to what Netflix do best and that is movies and box sets a great selection of both and with the long summer nights and late bed times for the kids it was great entertainment for early in the morning and late in the evening, they got so much enjoyment and I did not have to worry as the parental settings were on so I knew exactly what they were watching. When we went on holidays and we had the facility of wifi in our hotel we brought our wii with us and could sign in to our Netflix and use it there so the kids were able to look at it at night and we did not have any big rental fees from the hotel. I would rather use Netflix than any other service provider if you have a soarview tv and Netflix there is no more you need especially with the long winter days on the way as the lovely summer days are now drawing to an end.
