There is nothing cuter than seeing grandparents gush over their grandchildren - or in this case great-grandkids - and we just can't help but get a little teary at the thoughts of the Queen gushing over Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
And it seems she is absolutely smitten with the cute siblings if comments made by Kate Middleton recently are anything to go by.
The Duchess of Cambridge was speaking on ITV documentary Our Queen at 90 when she revealed that when her kids stay over Her Majesty leaves little gifts for them in their rooms.
"Every time we stay with her, she leaves a little gift for George and Charlotte in their rooms. I think that just goes to show her love for [the children] and for the family."
And it seems the Queen may have a favourite in one-year-old Charlotte as Kate continued: "The Queen was very pleased that she was a girl. The Queen is very fond of Charlotte and takes an interest in what she gets up to."
