Hi, I was wondering if you can help me? My two year old daughter just will not sleep a full night. She wakes every night between 2.30 -5.00 every night and she is back up at 7. I am so tired. She doesnt sleep during the day and asks to go to bed at 7.30 every evening. I have tried giving her bath before bed, she has relaxing read time before bed, warm bottles going to bed. Hi Mums, My partner and I are taking our little girls away to Lanzarote. It will be their first time on a plane. I have started a list of things I should bring, I am sure there is plenty I am forgetting!! Can you please let me know what I will need from your experiences and any suggestions on how to entertain them on a plane for such a long flight would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I am trying to potty train my little girls it is not going to well. She will hold her pee rather than go on the potty. She was holding herself this morning and I kept on putting her on the potty. She was getting very distressed so I put a nappy on her and she went to the toilet. I am not sure where to go from here! thanks in advance
