My daughter pipes up "my knickers" in front of the whole class. The teacher couldnt stop laughing and even rang home to tell me. Well she was right in a sense she does change them every day"

When my daughter says 'shush' she puts her finger on the end of her nose instead of on her lips... It's very cute! I hope she never figures out how to do it properly!

Last year my little boy ran in his first race at our local village festival, he was only 2 at the time. He came last but the whole crowd was cheering him on and his little face was a picture, you would think that he had won first prize - long may that innocence last when all that matters is having fun and not if you win or lose !!

I make a lot of greetings cards and my three year old loves to help me. Whenever I finsh one, he picks it up and says in a really patronising tone "Did you make this all by yourself Mummy? Well done Mummy, good job" It makes me laugh out loud every time. He sometimes adds in a pat on the head for the full effect lol.

While my 3 year old son was been toilet trained and had finally got the hang of it, he decided that he was needing the toilet one morning before going out. His dad went in to give him a hand and make sure he was ok, my son turned to my partner and said "watch and learn daddy watch and learn"

My 4year old son started school today- the other night I was putting him to bed and he looked up with his big eyes and said 'when I'm a big daddy I won't know how to put the uniform on my baby or know the way to his school- what will I do then?' The little questions that were worrying him, the little pet.

When my little girl was 3 (she is now 4), our cat had caught a mouse and injured it and it could not move. My little girl had her face 2 inches away from the mouse saying "Daddy, can I rub him?" , now that is innocence, though she is a great animal lover.

Not sure when it started, quite a while ago, but any time myself and my husband are hugging each other (totally innocently of course, say just when we are downstairs in the kitchen, cooking together and talking and then just feeling this need to give a hug :))) my son runs over to us shouting: "family hug!" to join in, he also gets our daughter to join: "come on, Liza, it's family hug!". ...And we all hug... So cute, I can't stop smiling everytime it happens.

I was mixing bread and E was 2 at the time. He loves helping so I told him to copy me and he stuck his hands into the dough mixture and started to cry. Why are you crying E? Because I only want to do mixy mixy smushy smushy if it's not dirty!

My 2 year old son is toilet training this week ( arghhhh) and we are bringing him to the toilet with us to see what goes on. I was doing my business and he got very excited and gave me a hug saying ' good boy mammy, well done, big one!'
Very patronising as he always is.

Games on the golf course!

My little three year old nephew Ben is a holy terror, a complete little devil and nobody can control him. He is forever embarassing his parents and my sister has millions of tales to tell about the tricks, games and embarassing stuff he can get up to. This one had me chuckling when I heard it.
My sister and her husband and a large group of their friends were at an exclusive golf course for a big day out. The men were playing rounds and the women were catching up on the gossip!! Ben was with them along with a few of the other kids. My sister took her eyes off Ben for a second. When she looked around, he had dropped his shorts and was peeing into the little golf ball cup in the middle of the green. Oh my god, my sister was mortified, don't think she will ever go near a golf course again and of course whoever was up next to golf that hole may have had an interesting round! All her friends thought it was hilarious and she's never lived it down. I still don't know if he did it out of boldness or whether he actually thought it was a place for him to go!!
