My favourite memory of my daughter Laoise's innocent moments is when on leaving our house one day with my sister,at the age of 3 ,she came running over to me and said 'I love you mummy, the much of the world". I laughed and cried at the same time. her wee face was so sincere! She's almost 10 now and loves to hear stories of when she was small, and frequently tells me how lucky I am to have such a cute daughter.....!!!

my 3 year old innocents moment recently was i put her to bed 1 night and went to check on her a while later and she was after finding 1 of her sisters blue markers and colouring the whole of her body in it and colouring in the white love hearts on her pink duvet cover, needless to say i was a bit annoyed with her but couldnt help but laugh as she has blonde hair she just looked like the girl smurf, myself and husband were telling her she was a smurf so a few weeks later we brought our kds to see the smurf movie and when the girl smurf comes on screen heidi my daugther shouts all over the cinema their i am mam thats me she was convined it was her , it took us a while to calm her down and with a few strange looks we had a great day, to this day when she gets the smurf toys in mc donalds she says the girl is her :) .

My Innocent moment was a few weeks back.
My son who is now 18 months old has always enjoyed looking at pictures and asking who's this and who's that and we have always pointed the peopel out telling him this is mama, dada etc.... anyway a couple of weeks back I walk into the sitting rooma and spotted my son with a picture of our whole family (grandparents/aunts/uncles) he took it over to his 6 month old sister and started pointing to the picture showing her everyone, he asked her who tis? and when she did not answer he told her. He spent about 15 minutes going through every single person and it just melted my heart, I managed to get a gorgeous black and white photo that I will cherish always, understandably he started gettin a bit annoyed when she wouldn't answer him but kept trying to eat the frame but he persevered regardless :). It's the innocent moments like this that help remind us whats really important in life.

My favourite inocent moment (at the moment) is recently my 6 year old sons friend went home from a play date and it was just him and I in the house and he looked at me and said, with big sad eyes, "mammy I REALLY want a brother", and I jokingly said, Hang on a second and I'll order us one on the internet, to which he replied "YESSSS a ROBOT brother"!!!!

There are many Innocent Moments in our home, but that one that sticks out the most is the following. We have 2 sons and 1 daughter (so far, #4 on the way) and our daughter is the princess of the house. One day she decided to try on a tinkerbell dress that her cousin handed down to her. After about 20mins she walked into our sitting room with the saddess little face. Me and hubby asked her what was wrong and she said 'This dress is broken, because I can't fly'. Bless her she really thought once she had wings she could fly. To this day Juliet has not managed to take off but she is only 4, so plently of time to try.

Our most innocent moment came when our second daughter arrived in a hurry in the middle of the night. There was no time to get to the hospital. My hubbie had to deliver her safe and sound on the bathroom floor. Our three year slept through all the excitement but woke up to the ambulance sirens. She tip toed into the bathroom and saw me feeding her new sister. Daddy explained that Mummy had a baby and that it came out of my tummy . She was delighted with this. But for months afterwards everytime I went to the loo she would bang on the door and say " Mummy are you having any more babies or are you just doing a wee?"

I was breast feeding my baby when we had visitors one day and my two year old son pulls up his top and announces "I have two boobs one for hot and one for cold". I did not know where to look but we laughed it off. Another day we were shopping and my then 3 year old son dissappeared (as usual) I found him in the lingerie section running up and down along the bra's with his hand out pointing to the bras shouting "boobies boobies boobies"

When I was teaching my little boy to go to the toilet, I was telling him that it was important to 'flush the chain' when he was finished. His six year old sister reminded him to 'plush the chain' and when his daddy came home he excitedly told him that he 'pushed the change'!
