Baked banana crisps
These are so sweet and delicious. Bananas are a very good source of vitamin B6, manganese, vitamin C and potassium.
 

Juice of 2 lemons

2 bananas

Preheat the oven to 120°C / 250°F / Gas mark ½. 

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and set aside.

Into a bowl, add your lemon juice.

Slice bananas into even pieces then dip each slice into the lemon juice and place onto the baking tray.

These take time (3 hours in total) so you will need to turn them over halfway through.

They will become nice and crisp and darken in colour.

Allow to cool, and then store in an air-tight container.
