Banana oaties
These biscuits would make a perfect treat for your kid's lunchbox.

3 large ripe bananas, mashed

120g butter

150g sugar

1 tbsp honey

225g self-raising flour

2 tsp cinnamon powder

30g desiccated coconut

50g rolled oats

Preheat oven to 230°C. Line baking tray with baking paper and set aside.

Using an electric mixer, cream the butter, sugar and honey.

Stir in the bananas until combined.

Add the flour, oats and coconut and cinnamon; stir until thoroughly combined.

Using your hands or a tablespoon, place individual mounds of the mixture on the baking tray.

Bake for 10 minutes, but watch carefully as it can burn easily.
