Creamy garlic chicken

A rich chicken dish
100g butter
6 cloves garlic, crushed
250ml dry white wine
500g chicken breast, cut into chunks
250ml single cream
8 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped.
In a frying pan, melt butter and add garlic, heating until just bubbling.
Add the chicken and cook for about 15-20mins until cooked thoroughly.
Pour in dry white wine and bring to the boil.
Pour cream over and bring to the boil.
Stir in basil.
Reduce sauce to a thick consistency.
Serve over rice.
