Homemade fish fingers
Treat your little ones to these really healthy homemade fish fingers. Serve with mashed potato and peas for a tasty and effortless dinner. 
 

115g breadcrumbs

200g fish fillets, cut into pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

75g plain flour

1 egg

30g milk

Preheat oven to 180°C/ gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.

Combine the milk and egg in a bowl

Roll the fish pieces in the flour, dip them into the milk and egg mixture and roll in the breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until golden.
