Quick lasagne
Just cook the pasta and prepare this family friendly lasagne.

220g (12 sheets) no-precooked egg lasagne

450g lean minced beef

500g pasta sauce

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

225g grated mozzarella cheese

225g grated Cheddar cheese

550g ricotta cheese

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.

Grease a 20x30cm baking dish lightly with vegetable oil.

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, brown beef and season with salt and pepper; drain.

Stir in pasta sauce and garlic and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar and ricotta cheeses.

Stir well. Layer the lasagne sheets in alternate layers followed by the meat mixture and cheese mixture until dish is filled.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
