Smoked salmon with citrus and dill paté

Whip up this creamy fish dip in minutes for a party.
150g smoked salmon
200g soft cheese
1 tbsp crème fraîche
Juice half a lemon
Small bunch dill or chives, chopped
Breadsticks or crackers, to serve
Chop the salmon into small pieces.
Tip the soft cheese, crème fraîche and lemon juice into a food processor, season generously with black pepper and blitz until combined.
Add the smoked salmon and pulse a few times for a chunky pate or more if you prefer it smooth and pink.
Stir the herbs and spoon into a large bowl and serve with crackers or breadsticks.
