Drinking while pregnant

I saw this picture the other day and two things struck me ....who is that in the photo and why is she drinking while pregnant?

 

On closer inspection, I see it's Sienna Miller (shocking new look, I totally didn't recognise her, but perhaps that's the point) and yes she is pregnant, and yes it looks as if she is drinking. Of course that's just my assumption, based on the fact that from personal experience, I don't normally ask for my lemonade/sparkling water to be served in a flute.

 

And I wonder ... why would you feel the need to drink while pregnant, it's only 9 months of your life, surely you can survive that long without it, no? Is it not a teeny bit selfish?
