The eggs arrived last week, to much excitement from my son and hubby, My son was dying to try them as he had not had them before. The milk chocolate were the prefered flavour in our house, the white chocolate was a little sickly but they were still eaten. My 6yr old son loved the packaging idea and initially thought they were reall eggs. Only down side for us was the two spoons, we would have prefered a spoon for each egg especially since my son's friends wanted to try them. My son couldn't finish the egg at once, so he ate 1/2 and had the other 1/2 a couple of hours later, No problem though for my huby and I, we had a full egg each and they were lovely. My husband even bought another pack of the milk chocolate eggs yesterday, I think it's a new favorite in our house. Thank you so much for selecting our household to take part.

thank you so much for letting us take part in this trial. to say my 4 your old was delighted was an understatement!!! i have seen these before in the shop and had been tempted to buy but just never did. when we sat down to eat them after alot of excitement opening the packaging and seeing the eggs there with the spoons we thouroughly enjoyed them. my son went for the chocolate one and he loved it, the novelty of the spoon was the main thing for him. even after the moose was gone he was trying to eat the egg with the spoon. i myself preferred the white chocolate moose but my partner and son definately preferred the chocolate moose. i will definately be buying these again. i would suggest that there are more spoons in them though. 2 spoons just might cause an arguement in our house!!!! :)

My 3 minions absolutely love dippy eggs, so when I told them they were extra special ones made of chocolate, their faces were priceless. They absolutely loved them. My 9 year old wanted to write the review as a project, so am handing the reigns over......

I had heard of Cadbury egg and spon before this trial.
I thought it was nice and simple but very small. The chocolate mousse was my fabourite. I loved cracking open the egg with the little spoon and have kept the spoon to use for the next time we get them because there's only 2 spoons in a pack
I enjoyed eating the egg and all of it. I did not want to share mine and ate it from the box. I loved the surprise of the chocolate mousse inside. I would recommend it to Emmie my best friend.
Overall I would rate it as 4 stars because they are a bit expensive but Mummy just told me they're on special offer in the supermarket at the moment.

Myself and my three kids were delighted to be chosen for this trial. We loved both the eggs. They were delicious. We have seen them in the shops but never tried them. It was great the way you bit off the top and used the spoon for the inside. Our favourite was the chocolate one but we loved the milk one too. All I would say to knock it is there should be 4 spoons in it for the four eggs instead of 2.Thank you Cadburys and Mummy pages.

I was so delighted and excited about this trial. I had heard of Cadbury Dairy Milk Egg 'n' Spoon but had not tried it before now. To say I was impressed was an understatement. I absolutely loved them. My husband loved them and my daughter thought they were 'gorgeous'. My daughter Lucy and I both preferred the Milky Mousse one but my husband liked the Chocolate Moose one better. My daughter loved putting it in the egg cup and cracking with the spoon. The best bit being that she could eat the whole egg. We really loved this trail and I will be buying these as an alternative to the traditional Easter eggs this year. Thanks for the opportunity ☺

I haven't heard of Cadbury Dairy Milk Egg N Spoon before this trial. The idea is really good, my child was excited about this. Son enjoyed using spoon, the idea that he could eat whole egg. We couldn't crack it easily. I like the design and colours, cartoon box is beautiful, my son uses it for playing shop. But one thing, and most important, we didn't like...its taste of these eggs...It so sweet, I couldn't finish it at once. My partner thinks the same. I would prefer milky one. I won't buy them anymore, unless they will change the sweetness of mousse...They could add some crispy rice in it, or just lower sugar in mousse. Thanks for letting us try them out.

Thanks so much for allowing my family to be included in the taste trial.
I had seen the egg and spoon in the shops recently but was unsure if they would be suitable for my little ones-Ages 5 and 2.they were both very excited when I showed them the egg cartons- such a novel idea.
First egg tasted was the chocolate one-i had to demonstrate what to do at first (ok it was an excuse for me to have a taste!)
5 YR old said it was really tastey and fun To open the egg and scoop out the mousse. 2 year old made a good attempt too. Later They also tried the milky white egg and both of the kids much prefered that as the chocolate mousse egg was quite rich. The milky egg was lighter in taste and texture- and was the favourite hands down
The 5 year old said that was delicious and asked me to buy them again. They are just the right size for an after dinner treat and very tasty.
Afterwards both kids had great fun playing with the boxes and spoons.
Only downside is you need multiple packs if there are more than 2 kids eating as there are only 2 spoons provided for 4 eggs but aside from that they are a huge hit and a very yummy treat for parents and kids alike and I would buy them again

The Cadbury Egg 'n' Spoon taste test was awaited with much anticipation... my daughter is away at college and I told her about it ... she couldn't wait to get home for the weekend and my 2 sons did not appreciate having to wait for her to do the test ... We bought the Chocolate Mousse Cadbury Egg 'n' Spoon last easter and they really enjoyed it then.

Anyway come Sunday afternoon the test started in all earnest... The kids preferred the Milky Mousse but thought the overall taste of both was good... They enjoyed cracking and scooping out the mousse.. Both my boys enjoyed eating the entire egg... I enjoyed watching them devour the contents.

This will definitely be on our easter shopping list as it will be a great treat at easter time. I'll recommend Cadbury Egg 'n' Spoon to other Moms as my kids definitely enjoyed them...

We shared the first box and loved them..they are really looking forward to Easter now! Perfect size for little hands and mouths! The second box was shared with their friends and for the first time there was silence from them.everyone got a taste and loved them.
I love that they are not messy and can be eaten with a spoon and I even made the carton into a little egg holder so literally zero mess..only chocolate faces!!
Will be buying again!

What a great family fun time activity - chocolate tasting!
We all had a great time tasting and testing chocolate. We all took it very seriously lol we all sat around the table and took an egg each. Firstly I'd like to say I loved the whole design concept. It was very cute getting them out of the little egg box. I had heard and seen these before in the shop but hadn't brought them before because I just love the creme eggs and tend to go for them each time instead.
Myself, my husband son aged 7 and daughter aged 13 tasted ( my 9 year old doesn't like chocolate?!?! and we didn't want to waste them/share on my 3 year old).
We all liked them both although it was a 50/50 to who like which one the most. Personally I prefered the milky mousse but I love kinder chocolate and this reminded me of this - gorgeous! The kids and my husband liked the spoons but I prefered it without maybe thats the creme egg bit coming out in me. We all loved the fact that you could eat the whole egg afterwards.
The fact that they come in boxes of 4 were a great way of sharing and we will def be buying again they certainly will be on my easter shopping list now. I will be telling all my friends and family about these too.
We were so delighted to be choosen for this trial and we will look forward to any future trials coming our way. xx

Thank you so much for choosing my family to take part in this trial, and that is exactly what it was. My two kids, my husband and I all sat down to trial the eggs together. We each tried the Milky Mousse first - which were delicious and my kids absolutely adored. We then moved on to the Chocolate Mousse - which was really delicious. I think this flavour was favoured more by the adults - but still enjoyed by the kids.
Although we thought it would be a great idea to test the eggs together, on review - it may have been too much eating the eggs together. ;-)
Between the two packs, we had 4 spoons which was perfect - althought my youngest didn't find the need for a spoon on the second egg! I had seen these in-store before, I no-longer will be able to walk by them again!
I have already recommended these to my sister and friends - as the perfect treat for the whole family and to include in their Easter shop.
Thank you again for letting us take part - it really was an "eggggcelent" trial!! Smiling

Delighted to trial this product. I had heard of the Cadbury Dairy Milk Egg 'n' Spoon previously. The packaging is very eye-catching with its purple colour and definitely reminds me of Easter. The only downfall is that only two spoons are provided. Four spoons should definitely be provided especially if everyone is to share the complete Cadbury Egg 'n' Spoon experience. The flavour we all preferred was the milky mousse. It's light and fluffy whereas the chocolate mousse was quite sweet and rich.
The egg looked like a real egg and it was great fun to open. Our two year old loved tasting the milk mousse and kept coming back to Mam & Dad for a treat. I definitely would consider buying the milk mousse again as a treat and fun for all the family.

Hi, what a delicious trial-thank you.We had indeed tried the chocolate flavour eggs before but it was a long time ago so we had forgotten how 'yummy' they are ( oh oh- there goes my diet-they are addictive). My son was particularily delighted as he is severly allergic to eggs & cadburys creme eggs are everywhere (I think it's the egg shape & the fact that they are readily available before easter that holds their particular appeal) and he cannot eat them-well now we have an alternative that looks & tastes fantastic so he won't feel leftout or 'different'.
I saw a few reviews saying they are too rich & sugery BUT not for us!!! We all loved them. The kids were thrilled with the little spoons ( A big deal in a kid's eyes!!) and had so much fun cracking the top & eating like a boiled egg.All I could hear was murmours of delight as they tucked in.They prefered the milky one whereas my hubbie & I would go for the chocolate one--- leading me to the conclusion that maybe a mixed box would be a great selling point ( or we'll just have to buy 2 boxes & indulge in two eggs each-lol).It felt like a double treat as once the mousse is finished you still have the cadbury's egg to eat.I am a self-confessed choccie addict & I honestly believe you can't get any tastier chocolate than cadburys & believe me I've tried a lot !!!!!!
We will definately be buying them again & i'm sure it will be before easter too.My 7 yr old girl is wondering how she can tell the easter bunny that she wants these for easter instead of the normal ones & I quote " imagine having 4 eggs all to myself to eat whenever I want-that would be the best day of my life".........Ha Ha- although I wouldn't mind it myself either !!!

Thank you

I ve seen those Cadbury Eggs in the shop before this trial and i was thinking to buy them but its product wa a little bit too expensive for me. I thought like that because i didn t know that is 4 eggs inside of the box. I Though that it is just fancy package. I was so wrong,
As soon as we ve got our trial boxes i opened for my kids and i should not say that, but also for my husband and myself. We all love them. We love the idea that you can eat them with a spoon. That is great fun for my 3,5 year old daughter. We already have the special manner of conduct, i mean i have to crack the top of the egg and then give it to her. She use the spoon to eat the inside part and after that she eats the chocolate. The funniest part is that my 19 year old son ids doing it excatly the same way.
Filling is really fluffy and nice and we have no problem how to split the favourit once, because my dayghter and myself prefer the white filling, and our boys loves the chocolaty one.
Those eggs are definitly on our shopping list for bery long time, and product will on on our list for special Easter shopping for sure.
