Baileys Irish Cream
It wouldn't be St. Patrick's Day without enjoying a glass of Baileys Irish Cream.

120g whipping cream

60ml milk

400ml sweetened condensed milk

300ml Irish whiskey

1 tsp instant coffee

2 tbsp chocolate syrup

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Whipped cream and chocolate shavings, to garnish

Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high speed for 30 seconds.

Pour into a tightly sealed container and place in the fridge for about 30minutes before serving.  

Garnish with a dollop of cream and chocolate sprinkles.
