4 cooking apples
25g dried cranberries
25g pecans, chopped or whole
2 medium oranges, finely grated zest and juice
Remove the core of the cooking apples.
Fill the centres with dried cranberries, pecans and the finely grated zest and juice of the oranges.
Bake until tender.
