Barbecued prawns with Dairygold lemon butter sauce

- 6 Prawns (cleaned and deveined)
- 100g / 3 ½oz of Dairygold
- ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
Put the prawns on skewers and grill on barbecue for 3-5 mins.
Melt Dairygold in pan.
Add chopped garlic and lemon juice.
Saute barbecued prawns in lemon butter sauce.
