Beef stir-fry with noodles
This beef stir-fry is packed full of flavour and is so easy to make.
 

500g noodles

3 tsp olive oil

600g beef

1 onion, halved and sliced

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

1 chilli, finely chopped

2 carrots, sliced in strips

1 green pepper, sliced

2 tbsp soy sauce

Gently soak your noodles in hot water for a few minutes until soft.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat and gently cook the beef until brown. Set aside.

In the same pan fry the onion, garlic and chilli together for about a minute before adding the carrots and peppers. Cook for a further 4 minutes.

Gently spoon in the noodles and soy sauce and cook for about 5 minutes until the noodles are hot. Return the beef to the pot and combine with the ingredients.

Make sure it is piping hot before serving.
